Originally recorded and independently released on vinyl in Minneapolis in 1984, Fuel For The Fire returns more than four decades later in a newly realized edition.
I came back to the music with the perspective of time, adding new recording in Austin and Santa Fe and completing what I had started.
The result became a collaboration across time with my younger self.
Piano and keyboards remain at the center, moving through progressive rock, jazz fusion, orchestral textures.
The Story
The journey began in 1984, a time of transition and quiet revelation. Fuel For The Fire was the first signal sent across the cosmic void, a recording that began as a solitary exploration and evolved into a profound meditation on the infinite. Forty years later, this Anniversary Edition returns the original spark, carrying forward the memory and musical signals that first defined the artistic journey. It is a bridge between the historical pulse of analog experimentation and the cinematic depth of modern soundscapes, inviting listeners to return to the source of the flame.
